  Bologna Airport "Guglielmo Marconi" is about 40 km from Modena, with flights from the major cities in Italy and Europe. Aerbus service connects the airport with Modena: get off at piazza Garibaldi and take bus n. 7 towards the Hospital "Policlinico".

  Modena can be easily reached by the motorway A1:
  • arriving from the North: exit Modena North, follow the signs to "City Center-Bologna Strada Statale", then follow directions to the Hospital "Policlinico of Modena";
  • arriving from the South: exit Modena South, turn right then keep going for 10 Km, at the mandatory turn sign, turn right and follow the street to the end.
